The Aviation Skills Recruitment Platform (ASRP) is a free service, funded by the Department for Transport, that supports organisations in the aviation sector as they look to attract, retain and develop employees. It is designed to help individuals showcase their experience and expertise while helping businesses find the people they need.
As industry recovery continues, the platform is also helping to attract the next generation of employees through Talentview Aviation (TVA). TVA connects young people in schools, colleges and universities with apprenticeship, traineeship and graduate opportunities across the aviation and aerospace sectors.
